Shipping your package
Packages are usually shipped within 3 working days after receipt of payment and sent via express courier, the link will be provided to check the route of your package online. Usually the shipment is entrusted to the Express Courier SDA, GLS, UPS, DHL and similar, but it could also be entrusted to another courier with high reliability.
Shipping costs are free, when on offer, or will cost €4.90.
Shipments are always insured, to take advantage of this insurance therefore, when the package is delivered by the courier make sure that it is well sealed and that it has not undergone tampering or damage, if one or more anomalies are noticed sign the receipt indicating to the courier that you accept “WITH RESERVE” and report any anomaly found.
The insurance also covers loss which is certified by the courier within 30 days of shipment.
The refund will take place within this period of time.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs.
Shipments are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.
